ESPG and IWG Collaborate on New HQ Business Centre in Cologne

European Science Park Group (ESPG) has launched its first joint project with IWG Management in Cologne's Science Park North43. The initiative sees the creation of around 1,300 square meters of flexible working space under the HQ brand. The partnership involves ESPG handling high-quality fit-outs, while IWG manages operations.

The site, offering over 10,000 square meters of lettable space, provides companies flexible environments and diverse tenant options ranging from SMEs to technology firms. The addition of HQ introduces modern office concepts, enhancing North43's appeal as a hub for innovative industries.

This collaboration marks a strategic expansion for ESPG, aiming to offer scalable office solutions in tech-focused locales. IWG, a leader in flexible workspaces, will bring its expertise to North43, supported by its global network.
