ESPG Signs New Lease with DMSZ at Science Park CAMPTEQ

The European Science Park Group (ESPG) has signed a new lease with Deutsche Managementsystem Zertifizierungsgesellschaft mbH (DMSZ) at Science Park CAMPTEQ in Griesheim near Darmstadt. This lease comprises approximately 800 square metres, contributing to the leasing momentum at the site. Science Park CAMPTEQ offers a total lettable area of around 13,500 square metres and aims to be a hub for research and high-tech sectors.

Markus Drews of ESPG highlights the site's appeal to knowledge-intensive businesses, while Johann W. Kolligs of DMSZ views CAMPTEQ as a stable, high-quality location. The refurbished space, including modern facilities, supports employees commuting by bicycle and fosters a conducive professional environment.
