Notice of the Combined General Meeting of Eurasia Foncière Investissements

Eurasia Foncière Investissements (EFI) announces the convening of its shareholders for the Annual General Meeting, scheduled for December 29, 2025, in Paris. The agenda includes the presentation of the management reports for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, the approval of the company's and consolidated financial statements, and the allocation of profits. The Meeting will also address the renewal of the terms of several directors, including Mr. Hsueh Sheng Wang and Ms. Meihua Wang, for a six-year term.

Resolutions concerning the compensation policy for the Chairman of the Board and the directors will also be put to a vote. The related-party transactions between EFI and Eurasia Group, the majority shareholder, will be reviewed, particularly those relating to financial agreements and expense reimbursements. The appointment of the auditor for a new six-year term will also be discussed.
