EURASIA GROUP Announces the Deadline for the Publication of its Financial Statements

These delays stem from the Group's profound transformation initiated in 2024, leading to accounting challenges and a complex financial restructuring. Asset disposals are planned by the end of 2027, and the need for in-depth real estate valuations also contributes to these delays.
To strengthen the accuracy of its financial reporting, EURASIA has entrusted its consolidated accounts to the firm DYNAMETRIE. The company commits to publishing a new press release before May 31, 2026, to confirm the final dates.
