Eurazeo cède sa participation dans Cognigy à NICE Ltd
Eurazeo annonce la cession de sa participation dans Cognigy à NICE Ltd pour un montant évaluant l'entreprise à 955 millions de dollars. Cognigy est un leader dans l'IA conversationnelle appliquée à la relation client. Cette transaction vise à intégrer les solutions de Cognigy avec la plateforme CXone Mpower de NICE, renforçant ainsi les capacités d'IA de cette dernière pour des expériences clients personnalisées.
Eurazeo avait investi dans Cognigy en 2024 via son fonds Eurazeo Growth Fund IV, soutenant activement son expansion, notamment aux États-Unis. L'entreprise a joué un rôle important dans le conseil stratégique de Cognigy.
La finalisation de la vente dépend des autorisations réglementaires nécessaires. Cette opération s'inscrit dans la stratégie d'Eurazeo de soutenir les innovations technologiques et de valoriser ses investissements en IA.
