Eurazeo cède sa participation dans EX NIHILO à L Catterton
Eurazeo a conclu un accord pour céder sa participation minoritaire significative dans EX NIHILO à L Catterton. EX NIHILO, fondée à Paris, est renommée pour ses parfums de luxe innovants. Depuis son investissement il y a deux ans, Eurazeo a renforcé la marque, accéléré sa croissance internationale et amélioré sa rentabilité, tout en mettant l'accent sur la durabilité. L'accord générera un multiple de plus de 2,5 fois l'investissement initial en deux ans, témoignant de la création de valeur réussie par Eurazeo. Les fondateurs et la direction d'EX NIHILO réinvestiront aux côtés de L Catterton pour inaugurer une nouvelle phase de développement.
