EURAZEO Liquidity Contract Update as of December 2025
EURAZEO, operating under a liquidity contract with BNP Paribas Financial Markets, reported its liquidity resources as of December 31, 2025. The account held 135,773 EURAZEO shares and €3,174,904 in cash. During the semester, there were 4,450 buy-side executions amounting to 620,616 shares and €34,836,812, alongside 3,841 sell-side executions totaling 564,094 shares and €31,754,853.
Comparing these figures to June 30, 2025, changes are evident. Previously, the account contained 84,295 shares and €5,887,471 with buy-side trades totaling 733,016 shares worth €49,675,123, and sell-side trades amounting to 701,944 shares valued at €47,594,891. This contract complies with AMF Decision n° 2021-01, allowing liquidity agreements on equity securities under standard market practice.
