EURAZEO Reports Share and Voting Rights for December 2025
On January 7, 2026, Eurazeo disclosed the number of shares and total voting rights as of December 31, 2025. According to French Commercial Code Article L. 233-8 II, and AMF's Article 223-16, Eurazeo reported a total of 69,165,760 shares composing its capital.
The company also provided details on its voting rights. The theoretical number of voting rights, which includes treasury shares, was recorded at 99,932,670. However, the number of exercisable voting rights was slightly lower, totaling 95,857,809.
