Eurobattery Minerals Reports Preliminary Outcome of Rights Issue

Eurobattery Minerals AB, a Swedish mining company, has disclosed the preliminary outcome of its latest rights issue. The issue, as proposed by the board in July and approved in August, shows roughly 26.8% subscription, translating to 116,913,862 units. This initiative is set to raise approximately SEK 21 million for the company, prior to subtracting issue costs and claim offsets.

Units subscribed with preferential rights accounted for about 22.4% of the total, while 4.4% came without such rights. The subscription window closed on September 8, 2025. Allocation notices will be provided after September 10, with new shares trading anticipated around week 41 on Nordic SME Sweden.

The financial and legal advisory for this rights issue was managed by Mangold Fondkommission AB and Foyen Advokatfirma i Sverige KB, respectively.
