EUROPLASMA, groupe industriel basé à Bordeaux, a publié un démenti concernant des informations erronées diffusées par Boursier.com. Selon le site, le groupe aurait conclu un nouveau financement obligataire. Toutefois, EUROPLASMA réfute catégoriquement cette affirmation, affirmant qu'aucun tel accord n'a été signé, autre que le contrat établi en avril 2024.
EUROPLASMA a immédiatement réagi en demandant la suppression de l'article incriminé. Le groupe envisage également de porter plainte pour diffusion de fausses informations et manipulation de cours. Ce développement souligne l'importance pour les entreprises de corriger rapidement toute désinformation susceptible d'affecter leur image et leurs opérations financières.
