EUROPLASMA: Preparations for the General Meeting of September 2025

EUROPLASMA has published the terms of access to the preparatory documents for the general meeting of September 23, 2025. Shareholders can download them in the "Investors" section of the Company's website. The meeting notices and convening notices were published in the Bulletin des annonces légales obligatoires on August 13 and September 5, 2025, respectively.

Shareholders wishing to participate can obtain an admission card, depending on whether their shares are registered or bearer. Those unable to attend can vote by mail or proxy. An ad hoc proxy has been appointed to represent shareholders who have not voted, ensuring the neutrality of the vote.

The meeting will address, among other things, capital reduction and increase, aimed at stabilizing the share price. The resolutions concern authorizations for capital changes and share consolidations.
