Europlasma issues 400 bonds to finance its development
Europlasma, a specialist in hazardous waste treatment, has announced the drawdown of the first two tranches of its bond issue. This drawdown involves 400 bonds convertible into shares for a nominal amount of €2 million. These bonds are linked to a new bond issue totaling up to €45 million over 36 months, with the aim of supporting the group's development.
The financing includes €1.8 billion in warrants attached to the bonds of the first tranche. A structuring fee of €1.5 million was agreed with Environmental Performance Financing, which issued 300 additional bonds.
The funds from this program will support waste treatment, decarbonization, and potentially industrial applications. This funding covers the company's financial needs for the coming year, although the transaction could dilute the value of existing shares for shareholders.
