Europlasma issues 400 convertible bonds for 2 million euros

Europlasma, a specialist in pollution control and decarbonization, has announced the drawing of 400 convertible bonds, representing 2 million euros. This financing is part of a global bond issue of 30 million, managed by Environmental Performance Financing of the Alpha Blue Ocean group. It aims to support the group's growth.
The funds will support, among other things, the restructuring of Valdunes Industries, the expansion of Forges de Tarbes, and the development of Europlasma's green activities. However, there are risks of dilution and a decline in the share price.
The General Meeting authorized this program without preferential rights for shareholders. The conversion of the bonds may affect the stock price and increase the volatility of the shares. Investors should be cautious in this context of dilutive financing.
