EUROPLASMA raises €2 million through convertible bonds
On April 24, 2026, Europlasma, an industrial player in pollution control, announced the issuance of 400 convertible bonds for a total of €2 million. This transaction stems from a bond issue launched in April 2024 for a maximum total amount of €30 million, thus supporting the company's growth.
No approval from the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) is required for this issuance. Europlasma has received the endorsement of the Alpha Blue Ocean group, notably through its subsidiary Environmental Performance Financing. However, the conversion of these bonds could lead to significant dilution of the share capital, potentially reducing the value of the shares held by shareholders.
The funds should cover financial needs for one year, but additional funding may be required if the planned tranches are not fully realized.
