EUROPLASMA: Update of voting rights as of June 30, 2026
Europlasma has announced the total number of voting rights and shares as of June 30, 2026. In accordance with the relevant articles of the French Commercial Code and the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), the total amounts to 857,110,508 shares and theoretical voting rights. This figure includes treasury shares, which do not affect the total number of exercisable voting rights.
