Eutelsat Appoints Sébastien Rouge as New Chief Financial Officer
On 5 November 2025, Eutelsat announced the appointment of Sébastien Rouge as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective from 1 February 2026. Rouge will also join the Group’s Executive Committee under CEO Jean-François Fallacher. This move underscores Eutelsat’s focus on financial strength and strategic growth.
Rouge brings over 30 years of financial expertise, having previously served as CFO at Imerys. His career includes pivotal financial roles at industrial leaders like Soitec and Alstom. A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Rouge succeeds Christophe Caudrelier, who has been with Eutelsat for three years, aiding in its transition through significant transformations, including the merger with OneWeb.
CEO Jean-François Fallacher expects Rouge's financial acumen to bolster Eutelsat’s strategic objectives and enhance value for stakeholders. Rouge's predecessor, Caudrelier, is praised for his contributions during Eutelsat's transformative phases.
