His career also includes significant roles in mining investment banking, involving equity financings and advisory on mergers and acquisitions. He is an active figure in Vancouver's mining community, having chaired committees for several industry organizations.

Evergold focuses on the Golden Lion project in British Columbia, previously yielding promising gold-silver results. The project also holds potential for copper. The company's objective is to expand its resource base in the prolific Toodoggone mining district.
