Prolongation du protocole d'accord entre Transition Evergreen et Zencap
Le 2 février 2026, Transition Evergreen a annoncé la prolongation de son protocole d'accord avec Zencap Asset Management. Cet accord initial, signé le 5 décembre 2025, nécessitait une réorganisation autorisée par un juge le 7 janvier 2026. Initialement prévue pour être finalisée le 31 janvier 2026, sa réalisation dépendait de la levée de plusieurs conditions.
Le 30 janvier 2026, un avenant a permis de prolonger le délai jusqu'au 27 février 2026. L'objectif est de lever les conditions suspensives, dont certaines requièrent l'approbation de tiers pour certaines opérations. Transition Evergreen fournira davantage d'informations via un communiqué.
