Situation update at Transition Evergreen
Transition Evergreen, a fund dedicated to the ecological transition, recently held its Combined General Meeting on November 21, 2025. Shareholders approved all resolutions, including the change in its status to that of a holding company. The composition of the Board of Directors saw a change marked by the resignation of Catherine Le Maux and the ratification of Bruno Le Moal as a director.
The Paris Economic Activities Court has appointed Véronique Manié to represent the bondholders, replacing several resigning representatives. The publication of the half-year financial report is expected in December, which is essential for resuming trading of the stock, suspended since April.
The partnership with Zencap Asset Management has been extended, but requires court approval to finalize the transactions. Transition Evergreen remains under court-ordered restructuring.
