Transition Evergreen requests a further extension of its recovery plan

Transition Evergreen, a company listed on Euronext Paris, has announced its request to extend the observation period in its receivership proceedings. Initially set at six months and already extended, the decision to extend this period again will be examined at a hearing scheduled for October 2, 2026.

In parallel, Transition Evergreen is working on establishing the classes of affected parties, necessary to move forward with its recovery plan. This includes notification by the Court-Appointed Administrator to the parties concerned, specifying in particular the allocation and voting rights.

Finally, due to this situation, the company has postponed the publication of its half-year results for June 2026. They should be available by the end of October.
