Evolution of the number of Orange shares and voting rights in 2026

Orange has published figures concerning the total number of shares and voting rights as of October 31, 2026. This publication is in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated in Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code. As of that date, the company's share capital consisted of 2,660,056,599 shares. Of these, 8,259,772 shares are treasury shares and therefore do not carry voting rights.

The number of theoretical voting rights is 3,174,151,405, while the number of exercisable voting rights reaches 3,165,891,633. Since April 2016, shares registered in registered form for at least two years benefit from double voting rights.

These figures reveal a stability in the company's share capital throughout 2026, although variations are observed in treasury shares and voting rights.
