Exail Technologies wins €25 million contract in Asia-Pacific
Exail Technologies, a subsidiary of Groupe Gorgé, is strengthening its position in maritime robotics with a significant order. A navy in the Asia-Pacific region has decided to acquire mine countermeasure drone systems, representing revenue of approximately €25 million for the company. Deliveries are scheduled to take place over three years.
This order builds on a previous contract with the same customer for navigation and sonar systems worth several million euros. Exail thus demonstrates the strength of its integrated offering, including UMIS drones, and its ability to meet the complex needs of its customers.
The SEASCAN and K-STER drones, which make up the MIDS system, will be assembled in Belgium. This confirms Exail's global leadership in autonomous robotics, particularly for the neutralization of underwater mines.
