Executive Board Transition at Krones AG
Neutraubling, 19.03.2026 - The Supervisory Board of Krones AG has approved significant changes to its Executive Board. Christoph Klenk, current Chairman, will step down after the Annual General Meeting on June 10, 2026. Thomas Ricker, part of the Executive Board since 2012, is appointed as his successor from June 11, 2026.
Additionally, from July 1, 2026, Bülent Bayraktar and Reinhold Jung will join the Executive Board, handling Process and System Solutions, and International Operations and Services, respectively, until 2029. Markus Tischer's contract, overseeing Machines and Lines for packaging technology, has been extended to December 31, 2031.
