EXEL Industries: Half-yearly report on the liquidity contract as of June 30, 2025

EXEL Industries has published its half-year report on the liquidity contract awarded to Natixis ODDO BHF. As of June 30, 2025, the liquidity account held 4,327 shares and €106,496. During the first half of the year, the company purchased 11,052 shares for a total of €443,199, spread over 662 transactions. At the same time, 12,139 shares were sold for a total of €491,596 through 571 transactions.

Compared to the balance sheet at the end of 2024, EXEL Industries held 5,414 shares and €58,099. This liquidity contract began on July 1, 2022, with 2,209 shares and €227,113. The contract reflects the company's ongoing resource management strategy while stabilizing share prices on the market.
