Exosens secures €140 million in financing from the EIB
Exosens, a company specializing in night vision and digital imaging technologies, has announced it has secured €140 million in financing from the European Investment Bank (EIB). This support aims to strengthen technological innovation in the defense and security sectors in Europe. The financing is part of the InvestEU program, aligned with the EIB's priorities for strategic autonomy and industrial sovereignty.
By positioning itself as a non-ITAR supplier of critical photonic solutions, Exosens will benefit from this facility to further develop its innovation and production capabilities, particularly in Brive-la-Gaillarde. The agreement, with favorable terms, provides for a maturity of up to seven years, thus increasing the company's financial flexibility. This initiative reflects the EIB's objective of increasing its investments in security and defense within the European Union.
