Extension of the Observation Period of the Evergreen Transitional Judicial Reorganization

On October 29, 2026, Transition Evergreen, a company listed on Euronext Paris and involved in the ecological transition, announced the extension of the observation period of its receivership until April 14, 2027. This decision resulted from the hearing of the Paris Economic Activities Court (TAE) following a request from the Public Prosecutor's Office.

The company hopes to finalize a restructuring plan in the coming weeks, pending approval from shareholders and creditors. However, there is no guarantee that this plan will be approved. Furthermore, Everwood, a subsidiary of Transition Evergreen, has had its safeguard proceedings converted into receivership.
