Extraordinary General Meeting of ODIOT HOLDING in February 2025
On December 30, 2024, ODIOT HOLDING announced that it would hold an ordinary and extraordinary general meeting on February 4, 2025. This meeting, intended for all shareholders, will be held at 10:30 a.m. at Lexelians' premises in Paris.
The resolutions to be voted on at this meeting will be made available to shareholders in accordance with the regulations in force. A notice was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires on December 30, 2024. This notice is also available on the ODIOT HOLDING website.
The preparatory documents will be available in compliance with the legal deadlines to ensure that participants are fully informed. Shareholders are encouraged to consult these documents in advance of the meeting.
