Exyte Secures AI-Driven Data Center Projects Near Frankfurt

Exyte, a leader in high-tech facility design, has secured three AI-driven data center projects in the Frankfurt region. These projects involve international hyperscalers and technology firms, representing an intake close to €750 million. They will support about 400 jobs in Germany, with completion set for 2028.

The projects will be built in tandem and include both new constructions and expansions. They will offer a combined IT load capacity of approximately 80 megawatts. The increased demand for AI and cloud services is driving this growth, emphasizing the need for robust digital infrastructure.

Exyte plans to fill 400 roles, with 250 recruited externally. These efforts are part of a larger strategy to enhance digital infrastructure, vital for modern economies. The use of advanced engineering and industrialized execution models ensures efficient and reliable delivery.
