EYKON AG has announced the sale of its water meter business to Sensus International, both part of the AURELIUS Midmarket portfolio. The transaction enables EYKON to concentrate on its core competencies in advanced metering, connectivity, and digital utility solutions, where the company has achieved significant scale and established strong customer relationships.
This divestiture marks a strategic pivot for EYKON, which has expanded its presence in the water sector while leveraging its expertise in utility technology. The water metering segment will now operate under Sensus International, recognized for its long-standing expertise in water metering solutions.
