Fabasoft Reports Growth in Revenue and Earnings for Q1 2025/2026
Fabasoft AG announced a 3.7% increase in revenue for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2025/2026, reaching EUR 21.2 million. EBITDA also rose to EUR 4.3 million, compared to EUR 3.7 million in the same period last year. EBIT saw a significant increase of 41.1%, standing at EUR 2.4 million from the previous EUR 1.7 million.
Despite challenging global conditions, Fabasoft continues its investments in cloud-native software and Mindbreeze AI. Personnel expenses were up by 2.9% to EUR 12.1 million, while operating expenses fell slightly to EUR 3.7 million. Fabasoft's CEO Helmut Fallmann emphasized the focus on marketing, sales, and customer success as key areas for future growth.
The company's headcount remained stable with a slight increase to 499 employees as of June 30, 2025.
