Faraday Copper Reports Results of Annual General Meeting

Faraday Copper Corp., listed on TSX as FDY and OTCQX as CPPKF, has announced the outcomes of its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders. Held virtually, the meeting saw the election of all eight nominee directors listed in the Meeting Notice and Management Information Circular dated May 7, 2026. The elected directors include Russell Ball, Paul Harbidge, Randy Engel, and others, with Harbidge receiving a near-perfect approval.

Additional resolutions included the reappointment of the Company's auditors and the approval of unallocated awards under the long-term incentive plan. The reappointment received 99.98% approval. Additionally, the vote on unallocated awards saw 94.88% in favor. In total, 180,942,850 shares were voted, representing 61.91% of common shares.
