The vehicle underwent two significant tests: a challenging five-day journey across the UK and a high-altitude route through China's Qinghai–Gansu region. Despite differing environments, both trials confirmed the vehicle's robust performance and suitability for varied commercial uses.

In the UK, the SV achieved an average of 1,043 miles over diverse road types, with some variants surpassing their official energy-efficiency ratings. In China, the vehicle completed a 462 km high-altitude course, performing impressively under extreme conditions.
