Franchissement de seuil par la CDC dans FORVIA
La Caisse des dépôts et consignations (CDC) a franchi en baisse le seuil de 5 % des droits de vote de FORVIA. Ce dernier mouvement a été déclaré suite à une baisse survenue le 29 mai 2026. Par l'intermédiaire de Bpifrance Participations, CDC Croissance, CNP Vita Assicura SPA et CNP Luxembourg, la CDC détient désormais 3,82 % du capital et 4,97 % des droits de vote de FORVIA. Ce changement fait suite à la mise au porteur d'actions FORVIA, entraînant une perte de droits de vote double. Actuellement, le groupe détient 7 536 905 actions correspondant à 11 502 925 droits de vote.
