Goldman Sachs crosses a threshold in FORVIA
The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. announced on September 24, 2026, that it had crossed the 5% ownership threshold in FORVIA. As of September 18, the company indirectly held 10,078,797 FORVIA shares, representing 5.11% of the share capital and 4.41% of the voting rights. This change resulted from off-market share acquisitions and an increase in the number of shares held by fungibility.
Goldman Sachs holds, among other things, 2,459,829 shares through securities lending and call options. In addition, it owns 4,707,108 shares through swap and warrant contracts. These transactions are structured by contracts exercisable over several years.
