FCA Adds New Securities to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List as of June 29, 2026. These admissions cover a range of financial instruments from different issuers.
DenizBank A.S. introduces Floating Rate Notes due July 2031, denominated in EUR, focusing on debt securities. In the UK, Barclays Bank PLC issues securities and equity-linked derivatives due June 2031, in GBP denominations. These include Worst-of Quanto European Barrier Autocallable Equity Linked Securities linked to equity indices.
Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC offers JPY-denominated Floating Rate Notes, also maturing in June 2031. These securities are listed on the London Stock Exchange with potential inclusion in other European and Asian exchanges.
