FCA Admits Hops Hill No.6 PLC and EBRD Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of new securities to the Official List effective from July 23, 2026. These include several classes of mortgage-backed floating rate notes issued by Hops Hill No.6 PLC. The notes, due on December 21, 2058, are fully paid and registered in denominations of GBP100,000 with integral multiples of GBP1,000.

Additionally, the FCA admitted 3.70% notes due July 23, 2027, issued by the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD). These notes are fully paid and registered in denominations of PLN10,000. This admission allows these securities to be traded on the London Stock Exchange, and potentially other recognized exchanges.
