FCA Admits Multiple Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of various securities to the Official List on September 7, 2026. Key issuers include iShares III PLC, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, HSBC Bank PLC, Barclays Bank PLC, and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.

iShares III PLC offers the iShares USD EM Bond Active UCITS ETF GBP Hedged Shares. Credit Agricole's admissions comprise Preference Share Linked Notes due in 2033. HSBC lists several notes linked to UKSED3P Investments Limited Preference Shares, all due in 2032.

Barclays Bank PLC has securitised derivatives due in 2031, while the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce includes various Preference Share Linked Notes and Index Linked Notes with maturity dates extending to 2033.
