FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

On October 13, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of new securities to the Official List. This includes securities issued by the City of Goteborg and Barclays Bank PLC. Two types of green notes from the City of Goteborg are now listed. These include Floating Rate Green Notes and 3.480% Green Bonds, both due by October 13, 2031.

Additionally, Barclays Bank PLC has a new listing. Their securitised derivatives, due by the same date in 2031, are now officially listed. These admissions allow for trading on the London Stock Exchange, a recognized investment exchange.

Investors can find further details, including SEDOL numbers, in the London Stock Exchange dealing notice. For queries, reach Market Oversight at the FCA directly.
