FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

On October 9, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of several securities to the Official List. This admission includes securities from prominent issuers such as Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, BNP Paribas Issuance B.V., and HSBC Bank PLC. Each security comes with its unique International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) and is structured as fully paid notes or certificates.

Credit Agricole introduced Preference Share Linked Notes due in 2033, represented by notes to bearer of GBP1,000 integral upwards. BNP Paribas offered certificates linked to Series 2108, 2109, and 2110 Redeemable Preference Shares, with maturity in 2034. Meanwhile, HSBC Bank PLC issued notes linked to UKSED3P Investments Limited Preference Shares, with multiple series maturing in 2032.

These securities are part of debt-like categories and securitised derivatives, being admitted to trading on recognized investment exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange.
