FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of new securities to the Official List as of June 3, 2026. This includes instruments from three issuers.

Smith & Nephew PLC has issued 4.250% notes due in 2038, denominated in euros. These debt securities are structured in denominations of EUR100,000, with increments of EUR1,000.

DenizBank A.S. issued 5.00% notes maturing in 2027. These are U.S. dollar-denominated and structured similarly at USD200,000 and USD1,000 increments.

Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets plc issued floating rate notes due in 2031, also structured in U.S. dollars with the same increments.
