FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
On May 15, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of several securities to the Official List. These include issuances from prominent financial entities such as Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction & Development, Barclays Bank PLC, and Westpac Securities NZ Limited.
Credit Agricole's offerings include Callable Zero Coupon Notes and Preference Share Linked Notes, due in 2029 and 2032, respectively. The European Bank for Reconstruction & Development listed its 6.125% Notes due in 2031 and 4.575% Callable Green Transition Notes due in 2036. Barclays Bank and Westpac Securities also introduced new securities, with due dates ranging from 2031 to 2032.
These securities are primarily debt and debt-like instruments, with some categorized as securitized derivatives. They are admitted to trade on the London Stock Exchange, enhancing market liquidity and investor options.
