FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has officially admitted several securities to the Official List as of June 5, 2026. Among the notable admissions are securities from Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development, and Barclays Bank PLC.

Credit Agricole's preference share-linked notes are due in 2032, registered in denominations of GBP1,000. The Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s notes hold a 5% interest rate and are due in 2031. They are registered under both Regulation S and Rule 144A. The European Bank for Reconstruction & Development offers amortising notes with a 6.06% rate, due in 2029. Barclays has released securitised derivatives due in 2032.

These securities will be traded on the London Stock Exchange, with some also available on other recognized exchanges. The FCA's notice synchronizes with trading announcements from relevant exchanges.
