FCA Admits Various Securities to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List, effective April 16, 2026. Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank sees two Preference Share Linked Notes, due in 2033 and 2032 respectively, added to the list, categorized under debt and debt-like securities. Also listed are Floating Rate Notes from Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets plc, due in 2031.
Onward Opportunities Limited has its ordinary shares, fully paid with no par value, categorized as closed-ended investment funds, admitted. The Democratic Republic of the Congo's Ministry of Finance has four different Amortising Notes listed, ranging in maturity from 2032 to 2037, under debt and debt-like securities.
Additionally, HSBC Bank PLC's Market Access Notes, linked to shares of companies like SAUDI TELECOM CO, are classified as securitised derivatives. The FCA's announcement includes securities that will be traded on multiple recognized investment exchanges.
