FCA Announces Admission to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List, effective August 3, 2026. The newly listed securities include notes from Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A. and the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.
For Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A., two sets of notes are admitted: those maturing on July 26, 2032, and August 3, 2033, both registered in GBP1.00 denominations and categorized as securitised derivatives. Meanwhile, the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce is listing Preference Share Linked Redemption Notes due August 3, 2029, and Interest and Equity Linked Redemption Notes with a 10.02% interest rate, due August 3, 2028.
These securities are recognized for trading on the London Stock Exchange, among other platforms. The issuer management at the FCA is available for further inquiries. The official list should be read alongside notices from related investment exchanges.
