FCA Announces Amendments to the Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has made amendments to the Official List regarding specific securities. These updates are effective from May 1, 2026. Several bonds previously listed under Peabody Capital entities are now listed under Peabody Trust. This change affects various secured bonds due between 2043 and 2053.
The amendments involve bonds from Peabody Capital No 2 plc, Peabody Capital Plc, and TCHG Capital plc. Each bond was previously represented by bearer bonds of GBP100,000 and integral multiples of GBP1,000. These bonds are now officially under the issuer name Peabody Trust, retaining their original ISIN numbers.
