FCA Announces New Admissions to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has officially listed various securities as of April 1, 2026. The newly admitted securities cover multiple issuers and include notable entries such as the Inter-American Development Bank's multi-callable notes and Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V.'s notes with varying interest rates and maturities up to 2033.

NewDay Partnership Master Issuer plc has introduced a series of asset-backed floating rate notes, classified under Class A, B, and C, with a term ending in March 2029. HSBC Bank PLC also presents market access warrants linked to various Chinese enterprises with maturity in 2027.

Admitted securities are listed on the London Stock Exchange and might also appear on Aquis Stock Exchange, Cboe Europe, and Shanghai-London Stock Connect. For further inquiries, issuer management at FCA is available.
