FCA Announces New Admissions to the Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List, effective from May 12, 2026. These admissions include various financial instruments from notable issuers across multiple categories.

Seraphim Space Investment Trust Plc has been admitted with C Shares valued at GBP0.10 each under closed-ended investment funds. Lloyds Bank Plc lists a series of covered bonds with different maturity rates and currencies, including the Series 2026-3 and Series 2026-4, set for due dates in 2030 and 2034, respectively.

HSBC Holdings Plc has introduced several floating rate notes with varying due dates extending to 2036. QNB Finance Ltd and Barclays Plc have also listed new bonds, including the 5.240% Notes due in 2029 from QNB and the 3.580% resetting senior notes from Barclays.

WisdomTree Multi Asset Issuer Public Limited Company lists a unique 1-Day Equity Put Premium Securities. All these securities will be admitted for trading on the London Stock Exchange, among other recognized exchanges.
