FCA Lists New Securities on Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several new securities to the Official List. Effective from September 8, 2026, this inclusion features various debt and debt-like securities.
Hammerson PLC is among the listed issuers with 5.875% Notes due in June 2033. These notes are represented by bearer notes of GBP100,000 each, with additional increments permissible up to GBP199,000.
The City of Goteborg has introduced two green note options due in September 2031. This includes 3.218% Green Notes and Floating Rate Green Notes, each represented by bearer notes of SEK2,000,000 with increments up to SEK1,000,000.
Additionally, the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development offers 40.00% Notes maturing in 2028, registered in TRY10,000 denominations.
