Fermentalg raises 11 million euros to boost its development

Fermentalg, a company specializing in sustainable biosolutions derived from microorganisms, has announced a capital increase of nearly €11 million. This operation aims to accelerate its commercial development. CEO Pierre Josselin expressed his gratitude to the investors, particularly Vatel Capital and Huvepharma. The funds will enable the rollout of new product lines.

The transaction was completed through the issuance of 23,725,985 new shares at €0.46 per share, representing a 20% discount to the recent average price. The new shares will be traded on Euronext Growth in Paris starting May 15, 2026. This brings the share capital to 119,939,198 shares.

Fermentalg has committed to a 180-day lock-up period for its shares, while Huvepharma will retain its shares for six months. This transaction reflects investor confidence and the company's growth potential in sustainable solutions. The shares will not be offered in the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, or South Africa.
