Fermentalg: Update on voting rights and shares
On June 30, 2026, Fermentalg announced its share capital figures. As of that date, the total number of shares was 119,939,198. Regarding voting rights, the theoretical number reached 141,695,831, including treasury shares. The exercisable number, excluding these shares, was 141,533,109.
In accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation, the calculation of theoretical voting rights includes all shares carrying such rights, even those deprived of voting rights.
Fermentalg will announce its revenue for the first half of 2026 on July 16, after the close of markets.
